Minecraft thumbnails
Minecraft thumbnails that make them press play
A giant build, a strange mob, a hundred-day challenge: the thumbnail has to show the spectacle. Fleekio builds it around your video, with your face or without one.
Examples
Six Minecraft thumbnails rebuilt by Fleekio
Each one starts from a popular Minecraft thumbnail: Fleekio swapped in its fictional character and removed the logos.
-
Face and experiment
Your shocked face on the left, the in-game experiment on the right and a two-word hook in red and white.
-
Day 1 vs day 100
A split frame with the mob at the start and after 100 days, the two day counts in huge letters.
-
The giant build
One huge build fills the frame, with a short yellow claim and an arrow on the detail that matters.
-
The epic landscape
A character seen from behind facing a vast city, lit like a movie poster. No text needed.
-
One word, one block
A single character on a lone block in an empty world, with one oversized word as the hook.
-
Shorts reaction 9:16
A vertical cover: your face in the lower half, the in-game moment above and a two-word caption.
What works
What a Minecraft thumbnail has to do
-
Show the spectacle, big
One giant build, one strange mob, one impossible world. It fills the frame and everything else steps back.
-
Day 1 vs day 100
For survival and hardcore series, a split frame with two counters tells the whole challenge at a glance.
-
Your face, or no face at all
Many Minecraft channels never show a face. Fleekio does both: your avatar reacting, or a faceless layout built around the game.
-
Two or three words
A short hook in huge letters stays readable on a phone. The title carries the rest.

Minecraft thumbnail questions
Can Fleekio add the official Minecraft logo?
No. Fleekio does not add official game logos, and the examples on this page have none. Logos and game assets belong to their publisher: read its usage guidelines before you put them on a thumbnail.
What size is a Minecraft YouTube thumbnail?
The same as any YouTube video: 1280 × 720 in 16:9, under 2 MB. Shorts covers use 1080 × 1920.
Can I make a thumbnail without showing my face?
Yes. Faceless layouts build the whole thumbnail around the game scene, the build or the mob, with no person in it.
How much does a Minecraft thumbnail cost?
Fleekio costs €10 per month, and each image is billed at cost by your AI provider: between about $0.05 and $0.11 per generation in our own tests. You start with 10 free generations.
